Since 1993, Lin has developed a strong expertise in a broad range of areas of specialty by assisting and advising his French and foreign clients in the fields of oil, energy, transportation and services, and also entertainment companies, manufacturers of luxury goods and of mass consumer products.
Thanks to his skills and experience, Lin represents these companies before the French Courts (civil, commercial, labor, administrative and criminal courts) and also before the courts of Chad.
Through his high-level multidisciplinary practice, Lin is involved in commercial and corporate litigation, more generally sub-contracting issues, industrial risks, environmental issues, and also advertising and sales regulation issues, unfair competition, corporation reorganization matters and all aspects of Labor Law.
Lin is a graduate of University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (1991).
