  • A three-way joint venture for the supply of internet services to a small Indian Ocean island
  • Legal, tax and practical advice to individuals who are interested in moving to or investing in Mauritius, especially in luxury real estate
  • Services to a number of Irish clients who were misled into investing in French “résidences de tourisme”
  • A number of “dossiers de succession” for French and Mauritian clients
  • Proceedings in Monaco, Belgium and Mauritius in connection with collecting a debt from a former expat of a Mauritian bank
  • Advice to a publishing company based in France and Mauritius, and which markets its products in several French speaking African countries
  • The drafting of a complex contract between two Africa-based companies for the management of a LPG depot (storage, bottling and distribution)
